1. Quotations & Payments
Quotes are supplied in PDF format. On acceptance, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Quotes under R600 must be settled before work commences unless otherwise specified. All quotes are valid for 3 days. No project commences before the deposit is received.
2. Deadlines
Please specify your project deadline. Designs commence according to deadline priority. You will be kept informed of progress at all times.
3. Logo Artwork
Logo artwork is supplied in PDF, CMYK JPEG, RGB JPEG, and RGB PNG formats, along with a basic brand guide.
4. Content, Images & Text
Text must be supplied in a Word document. Imagery must be high resolution (300dpi+). Stock images incur an additional R200 per image.
5. Project Approval
Please verify all details before approving artwork for print. A signed Project Approval Sheet is required. Artwork remains the property of NADesigns until full payment is received.
6. Alterations
Three alteration rounds are included per artwork. Additional hours will be billed thereafter.
7. Late Payments
Invoices not settled within 15 days may incur additional fees. Legal action may be taken for unpaid intellectual property.
